Landscaping dispatcher needed
Need a virtual customer service/sales dispatcher for budding landscaping and property preservation business in central Florida area. Must be able to make and receive phone calls to and from existing and potential new clients. Also needs to coordinate with field technicians to ensure customer requests and schedule or route updates are made in real time. Will be responsible for reviewing new client leads on lead generation apps like thumbtack and Yelp and responding to them in real time with caned responses to generate new client business, then route and dispatch those new or potential clients to field techs and sales reps in the field. Will use our scheduling app Housecall pro to coordinate service visits and estimates with clients and field personnel.
