Senior Helpers of Boston and South Shore is actively recruiting caregivers to work with our growing senior population. We're a top home care agency hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) throughout the Metro West, Boston and South Shore areas. We offer a wide range of shift options from short to long, weekends to weekdays, 1:1's to staffing. We are looking for responsible, caring, and flexible individuals to join our team of extraordinary caregivers and help make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Your tasks may include but are not limited to:
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping
Household management
Ambulation assistance/transfers
Eating assistance
Errands
Meal planning and preparation
Laundry and linen changing
Bathing assistance
Dressing assistance
Toileting
Medication reminders
Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia client

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and transportation.
At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
Current CNA or HHA certificate.
Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
Flexible, reliable, responsible, and respectful.
Pass a criminal background.
