Staff Attorney

Duties: Reports to a practicing clinical professor/attorney who works in the area of tax and probate law. Prepare complex tax returns. Resolve disputes with the IRS, represent clients before the IRS and in tax court. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, coordinate outreach to the local community, especially the Mandarin-speaking communities. Provide legal and technical support to the supervising attorney.
