Rebuild Advanced Shopify Website
We are an automotive parts based company looking to rebuild our website. We sell automotive lighting and want to start selling non lighting components. Some of the key features that we need are:
1. Custom Parts Builder (Customer can option out their own design (color/size/etc)). NOTE: We have tried all of the apps on shopify for this and none do what we need it to do. We need customers to be able to select options, show an image of what it looks like, then be able to add that specific SKU to the cart. We have all of the combinations already SKUd out.
2. The ability to shop by year make model and by product - We have a few different things:
A. A year/make/model database that contains the light bulb fitment data for each YMM.
B. A list of vehicle specific non-lighting products
C. A list of generic non-lighting products
D. A list of generic lighting products
E. A list of vehicle specific lighting products
We need to figure out the format to aggregate all of the data into a format that will allow us to:
3. Product Filters. There are 5-10 main categories, ~30-40 sub categories, 100 detail categories. The customer should be able to filter the main category, the sub category, and then a detailed category. The theme that we have Turbo Portland Theme has the ability to do this. We need a demo on what the best way to organize all the data and in what format.
4. We would like to collect data from the customer year/make/model to put into each customers profile so we can target email new products/promotions specific to their vehicle.
5. Have a wholesale login for our dealers to be able to purchase product and their specified discount. (Discounts vary between products)
