Mobile Application Requirement: Develop a framework to build APK for Android and IOS platforms.
Framework should accept the following inputs:
• Provisioning key
• App Icon
• URL of the web application
Example:

Must have features:
1. As an Admin, I should be able to create a new build based on these inputs and be able to upload the build to the Google Play and Apple App Store
2. Users be able to install the app on their devices
3. User be able to use the application from the mobile, but all of the links are served from the Web application
