The candidate must be experienced attorneys and judges work closely with small groups of students in Trial Advocacy and Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy courses each semester and in the Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Transactional tracks of our Intersession bootcamp program each January. Must have an excellent academic record or other evidence of outstanding promise as a teacher, evidence of enthusiastic commitment to teaching, and substantial expertise and practice experience in an area of substantive law or professional training. Must have Juris Doctorate degree or graduate degree from ABA-accredited law school. Must have practice and/or clerkship experience.
