Virtual assistant needed with good internet research and data entry skills
Im a New York business professional.
Im looking for a long term virtual assistant who I can train for the long term to assist with tasks
- Expert at internet research and simple data entry into Googe Doc or Sheet.
- Ideally comfortable making phone calls to find out information. Example: finding a store, asking if they have specific items, or call and ask a list of questions to get quotes from a service provider
- Online shopping and ordering - Ill have a weekly list of household items and other items that may need some price comparison.
Other virtual assistance tasks depending on experience:
- Searching for gifts, ordering, and sending gifts for birthdays, etc. Ill always approve the item and price you find, but would like an assistant to make sure these get sent.
- Travel planning - I can train to search for flights/hotels, summarize flight/hotel options for me to choose. Finish booking the flight/hotel/restaurant if comfortable.
- Depending on skills, if we are working together longer term, then I can train for a larger data entry project, social media management, light book keeping entry tasks
