Experienced Caregiver Guaranteed Hours

Profile

We are looking for candidates that have mostly open availability at least 5 days per week. In exchange, you will be paid guaranteed hours per week plus any overtime that is earned.
Must have open availability Mon-Fri
You will receive a guaranteed 40 hours per week of compensation – you will be paid for all hours (including overtime) but at least 40 hours. We have several shifts available.
We supply PPE, a safe work environment, and we do not schedule positive COVID-19 cases.
We have work available throughout North Orange County, South LA County, Long Beach, and the Inland Empire.
Job Description
This position allows for a full scope of interaction with clients in their homes including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world. Continue to grow your skillset as a caregiver by working with various clients with diverse needs. Guaranteed paid position means during your 12hr availability, you will be required to fill in shifts as needed.

As a caregiver, you are considered Tier 1 in the Covid 19 vaccine priority. We do provide a company letterhead to prove eligibility.
We do not work with COVID-positive patients and provide PPE and thermometers for safety.
We compensate caregivers for miles and time traveling between two or more clients on the same day and while driving a client. Miles are not compensated while driving the client’s vehicle.
We pay Overtime after the first 8Hrs worked in one day. Other agencies don’t pay overtime until after the 9th hour.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience
CNA, LVN preferred.
Home Care Aid (HCA)State License is required.
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
