The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an NonProfit Development Specialist to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Recruits new NonProfit Groups and markets all opportunities available within Milwaukee Sportservice at American Family Field. Aids in maintaining positive relationships with all groups and assists the NonProfit Coordinator.At Delaware North, we care about our associates. Click here to learn more.Responsibilities nNetwork within the community to develop relationships for opportunities with Delaware North in NonProfit fundraising and employment.nSets up meetings with potential 5013c's to describe and sell our concessions fundraising programs.nCreate and distribute marketing materials.nMaintain staffing grid with volunteer numbers, will partner with the NPO Coordinator.nAssist in training NonProfit group members in company procedures; including alcohol training, guest service training, and technical training, as well as tracking all group members trainednAssist with check-in and supervision of events when needed with the NPO Coordinator.nVisible on game days when a new group starts.nAssist in preparing bins and all necessary items for check-in on event days when needed.nPerforms other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.nOffice out of American Family Field.nQualifications nPrevious sales or recruitment experience preferred.nPrevious supervisory experience, including the management of groups or teams of people preferred.nPrevious NonProfit work or experience a plus.nStrong community involvement is a plus.nExcellent guest service and sales skills; ability to adhere to service standards.nAbility to build and maintain lasting relationships with NonProfit groups and within community.nStrong verbal and written communication skills.nStrong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.nHighly motivated, ability to take initiative.nAbility to work effectively with others.nAbility to work in fast-paced environment.nAbility to work some evening hours and event days.nSales mindset.nPosition will require local travel.nThis is a salaried full benefited position.nShift Details VariesWho We Are Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at the 41,900-seat American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970.
