Adjunct Faculty
The candidate will actively engage students through frequent interaction and convey genuine energy and enthusiasm that motivates students to succeed. Provide rich and regular constructive feedback, utilize rubrics effectively for the assessment of student work, and encourage and acknowledge student accomplishments. Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise, and help students connect concepts across their academic program. Work collaboratively with the MBA Program Chair on course management and content updates. Should have a J.D. or LLB from an accredited institution of higher learning, additional degrees in business from an accredited institution of higher learning preferred. Professional business experience. Must have minimum technology requirements to teach at UMGC.
