Immediate opening for 25-32 hours per week every Saturday and Sunday night shift starting at 7pm on Saturday and 5p on Sunday. Single case with no travel.

Job Requirements
Valid Indiana HHA Certification
• Positive Attitude
• Prior Home Health experience a plus
• Reliable Transportation
• Car Insurance
• Physical within the last 6 months
• TB skin test
• Clean Background
•
Must pass drug screen upon offer
