The Senior Manager of Client Analytics is responsible for overseeing the reporting and analysis services provided to our clients and internal stakeholders. They will oversee a team of analysts that use data to drive business decisions through insight into business performance and make recommendations on how to improve operationally. Manager is responsible for driving innovation to help improve the company’s ‘First to Market’ approach.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
:

Implementation of analytic strategy and approaches while aiding in the interpretation of data is critical in this role

Collecting, manipulating, and presenting data to present to management for business purposes

Establish benchmarks and baselines to further drive comparative analysis

Track and monitor KPIs as it relates to various departments

Oversee Tableau software in all areas, except Server maintenance

Driving innovation to improve current analytic position

Researching and deploying applicable software to aid in a business need

Work interdepartmentally to deliver reporting and analysis with a sense of urgency

Manage a team of analysts and align projects with the needs of the organization

Identify and create new reporting to improve daily functions

Run below COGS target and manage attrition

Oversees process & quality analyst function. This function is responsible for process adherence through data management

Provide executive level reporting containing company sensitive information

Improve reporting operations through automation

Provide business recommendations and offer strategic solutions to all operational departments

Act as the Tableau Subject Matter Expert
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills and capability
Strong background in Finance, Operations, and IT
Expert user of Microsoft Office including Access
Advanced Tableau knowledge – both server and desktop
Ability to write Statistical modeling using Python, SAS, R, or other tools
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in interdepartmental team settings


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Management, Finance)

Masters in related field or MBA preferred

Experience with Statistical Software: Python, SAS, R, etc.

Experience with relational databases and writing basic SQL queries

5 years of analytic experience

Advanced Tableau Server and Desktop Experience

Facilities maintenance experience a plus
