Business Bookkeeping
I run a business that purchases homes, renovates them, and either rents them or sells them. I currently have 6 properties with ambitions to grow. I am unable to keep up with the books and would like to find a consultant who can manage the bookkeeping.
I am looking for someone who has experience in bookkeeping for a small business (LLC). Quickbooks proficiency is necessary. It would be even better if there was experience with bookkeeping of rental and investments properties.
Initially, there would be a decent amount of work to load everything from my basic quicken to Quickbooks and get everything properly setup. After that, it would be an ongoing gig in managing the company books.
