I need someone who is detail oriented to perform a variety of different research related functions for me.
You should preferably have a background in skip tracing, real estate, and customer service.
I can show you everything that needs to be done via video but I need you to be able to communicate effectively with me and possibly make phone calls to set up appointments with the people we are skip tracing.
Please let me know if you have had any experience calling on the phones, what experience with real estate paperwork you might have, and whether or not you have ever had a position where you needed to do research within the different county government sites.
Since you will be potentially speaking with a potential client I will need your English skills to be above par and as part of our interview process well need to speak over video chat.
