EdgeTech Consulting seeks an Applicant Tracking System Consultant for our direct global client in St. Louis, MO.
This is a minimum 1 year engagement with a strong possibility of extending. A face to face interview will be required.
Our client has recently implemented Taleo for their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and needs a Consultant to help them with establishing governance and standards, training, and ATS administration.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum 2 years system administrator experience with an ATS system, preferable with TALEO.
Responsibilities and Requirements include:
Manage utilization and performance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Serve as the functional & strategic lead system administrator of the ATS for NPPC
Set standard operating procedures and ensure system use compliance
Maintain a clear governance model for the ongoing administration of the ATS
Provide strategic directions to ATS administrators on how to leverage and utilize the system functionalities.
Oversee the coaching and support of HR teams regarding use of ATS system, upgrades, and overall satisfaction with support model.
Coordinate system maintenance to support general operation
Design and generate custom user reports including university recruitment reporting and Talent Sourcing Analyses leveraging the ATS system, Access, and other required databases as requested by Director of Talent Sourcing.
Assist in testing , deployment and maintenance of internal eLearning courses for the ATS
Oversee ATS upgrade projects as required by Talent Sourcing team
Trouble shoot system issues for external and internal application systems
Manage relationship with ATS support vendor and TALEO leads
Partner with compliance to audit, assess and ensure administrators and users are fully utilizing ATS according to company expectations.
TALEO Administration – adding trouble shooting, correspondence, codes, templates, etc.
TALEO Upgrade Projects – i.e. onboarding, scheduling center, etc.
TALEO Strategic Decision Making/Visioning
TALEO System Training
Building and running TALEO Reports
Development and Implementation of Onboarding tool that integrates with ATS
Partner with Futurestep support on TALEO system
Attend ongoing learning conferences on TALEO tool
Point for TS on HR Operations and Metrics projects involving the ATS
Required Experience
Must have experience working on HR ATS systems for a minimum of 2 years (TALEO experience preferred). This includes system administration, vendor partnership, and troubleshooting ATS system issues.
Minimum of 2 years team lead and project management experience implementing systems across an organization a plus.
Ability to understand very detailed requirements yet communicate technical information with management in an easily understood manner. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
BS or BA college degree is required
