Job Requirements
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience
High school degree
Authorized to work in the United States.
Can pass a criminal background check.
Reliable and preferably have own transportation.
Current CNA certification in Illinois is preferred but not required
Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, agencies and general public
Flexible availability to work with our client's schedules and care needs
Reliable and show dedication, empathy and patience to our clients' needs
