This role will be primarily focused on supporting the Supply Chain Fulfillment Office across all product categories by building, sharing, coaching, and using cross functional descriptive analytics capabilities. A suite of reports and other tools are built in various platforms and provide visibility and accessibility to various levels of audiences to understand what happened and insights into why it happened. In the longer term, we would love this individual to be flexible to learn and support other functional areas within Supply Chain, such as Distribution Ops, Transportation etc., as needed.
What you will do:
Technology & process
The ideal candidate will be well versed in: Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts/design, Extraction Transformation & Loading (ETL), Advanced SQL, Database Structures, Business Intelligence (BI) frameworks and all relevant products
This person should have knowledge of project/delivery management frameworks, such as agile/waterfall. The team currently has a hybrid process with periodic sprints and stand ups along with SDLC phases beginning from the intake, prioritization, planning, estimation, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Leadership
You will mentor and develop a small team of Data Analysts and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to prioritize, sequence and deliver effective and scalable data solutions

Basic Requirements
3 or more years of experience in Advanced SQL (Complex queries, pulling data from multiple data structures and building complex transformations)
3 or more years of experience in at least one Business Intelligence/Visualization tool (i.e., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Cognos, SQL Server Reporting Analytics or Business Objects)
3 or more years of experience in at least one industry standard ETL tool (i.e., Informatica, Data Stage, PL/SQL or Alteryx)
3 or more years of experience in at least one industry standard database (i.e., Teradata, Oracle, BigData (Hadoop), Google Cloud, Azure Cloud or SQL Server)
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, or related industry
2 or more years of experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Transportation or Reverse Logistics
3 or more year of experience with Software Development Life Cycle, which includes Intake, Prioritization, Requirements, Development, Testing, User Acceptance, Deployment, Change Management and Support
1 or more years of experience with Advanced Analytical programming (i.e., R, Python or similar programming tools)
2 or more years of experience in a project management framework (i.e. Waterfall or Agile delivery model)
1 or more years of experience of directly or indirectly leading a reporting & analytics development team
