Advanced Home Care Services LLC is hiring CAREGIVERS in the following counties: Middlesex, Worcester, Norfolk, Hampden, Bristol and Plymouth. To join our compassionate, enthusiastic team of dedicated individuals, we have immediate openings for non-certified homemakers (HM), certified home health aides (HHAs), certified nursing assistant (CANs) and personal care assistants (PCAs).
A Homemaker/Home Health Aide (HHA) under the supervision of Nurse Field Supervisors is a responsible, trained paraprofessional prepared to assist in personal care and home management as related to the comfort, care, and safety of a client in the home. Caregivers perform personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living which include but are not limited to:
Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting etc..Medication reminders, Ambulation, Companionship, Light housekeeping and other duties within the care plan
