knowledgeable in agile software development practices to work on key Digital Strategy and Technology products with the Cloud & Integration Platform Services team.

This role will work with the Cloud & Integration Platform Services team to build out platform enablement services to power our data and analytics cloud platforms and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new features and capabilities in the cloud services space and ensuring quality delivery into production. This role is central to ensuring our Cloud & Integration Platform Services are ready and able to handle the needs of our data and analytics consumers. The role will report to a Director of Product Management in the Digital and Technology Strategy organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in day to day product team activities, driving high quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with evolving cloud platform products, devices and tools
Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications to deliver against our core customer value propositions and our company strategic and financial goals
Help manage the creation and maintenance of user stories and business requirements for new features and enhancements leveraging multiple work streams.
Work within a matrix organization collaborating with business stakeholders, cloud engineers and architects, user experience (UX) teams, project managers, and other relevant digital and technology and business teams
Analyze and provide reporting metrics to leadership on product growth and development
Consult as subject matter expert (SME) with business stakeholders on available cloud platform services in GCP
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to:
Analyze complex data sets and leverage that analysis to make data driven product decisions
Prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision
Influence cross functional team(s) without formal authority
Articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and new features
Work under rapid development cycles with medium to large teams to achieve a common goal
Demonstrate a track record of project execution; completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget
Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud platform services and infrastructure technologies
Working knowledge of Atlassian Product Management tools – Jira, Confluence, etc
Minimum Requirements:
2 or more years of relevant Product Management experience in a highly technical space
1 or more years of experience of direct team leadership to include coaching, mentoring, work direction
1 or more years of experience with cloud platform services and infrastructure technologies
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of Product Management experience
2 or more years of experience managing direct reports
Ability to understand basic and complex architectural diagrams and data flows
