Requirements
Major purpose: The Processor's primary function in the Chemical Room is to perform one or a combination of chemical operations utilizing various manual and automated equipment to prepare the parts and fixtures for manufacturing process. The Assembly/ Operator will have to use chemicals such as HF, HCL, Nitric Acid, Acetone, etc., on a daily bam sis to clean and process the parts. They will also have to learn to run the horizontal furnaces and learn other supporting roles. They will be involved in projects and working closely with the support functions – maintenance, facilities, and engineering. They will be responsible for performing some routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Also be responsible for training others at processes. Most essential is team work and being available to work 8 hour days and weekends when ever needed.

Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Will follow standard work and standard operating procedures to ensure unit safety, quality and production goals are met.
•Will be responsible to take and interpret readings on various equipment assessing any variation to standard troubleshooting and taking action to redress and bring process back to standard.
•Performs assigned duties and follows operating procedures in a manner that is safe and protective of the environment.

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
• 2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting and/or chemical plant industry.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of chemical operations background/experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment preferred
• Ability to perform the physical labor associated with the job, ability to lift -10-50lbs
• Comfortable entering and working in confined spaces
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action within an industrial setting
• The ability to handle and work with highly hazardous chemical intermediates
• Ability to wear and work in full body PPE
• Ability Load and unload chemicals
