Help develop automation applications and features for scalable computing services at .
As a developer in the group you are given the opportunity to join a highly skilled development group. You will primarily be using Ruby and Scala to maintain and develop automation functionality for the company's systems and data centers. You will work in a small team environment with some of the smartest developers in the country where creativity and hard work produce cutting-edge applications. We need you because your talent and energy will help drive the future and effectiveness of our business.
Must Have:
· Ability to work unsupervised and in a team setting
· Proven track record of delivering mission critical projects on time, to spec and within budget
· Having an ability to analyze complex processes or systems
· Experience with SQL, JavaScript and some of the following languages:
Scala Lisp Erlang Haskell Clojure Java Ruby C# Smalltalk Python
· Can energetically discuss technical opinions in a group setting
· Solid grasp of Object Oriented design principles
· Interested in Data Centers, Networking and Cloud Computing
Nice to Have:
· Experience in deployment of automation in data centers
· Networking Experience: Routing, Switching, IPv4 and IPv6
· Experience in distributed systems
· Understanding of functional design principles
· Experience in the Hosting Industry
· Testing Experience
· Familiarity with CQRS, Event Sourcing or Domain Driven Design
· UI and UX Design
· Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
