The candidate will support the in-house legal team in reviewing and drafting General Contracts, facilitating and coordinating the processing of General Contract activities through completion; and creating and maintaining form for General Contracts, including some database management and enhancements. Will work collaboratively with in-house attorneys, the MediTract contract manager and administrative staff, and will interface with internal clients regularly as a key point of contact for General Contracts. Should have Bachelor. Must have Bachelor. Proficient with the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Administrative Code, the Code of Federal Regulations. Proficient with business software applications including Microsoft Office, case management and document management software. Twenty-four (24) months of paid work experience as a paralegal; candidate must have business and transactional experience.
