JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to support product marketing efforts within its Design Collective® by Cintas division. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies promoting the growth of the company's offering of employee apparel. This can include developing and implementing sales enablement tools; collaborating with fashion design and merchandising to create marketing tools such as sell sheets and brochures; management of the division's Ready To Wear catalog; coordination of on-figure and off-figure photoshoots to create fashion imagery for use in print and digital materials; effectively communicating and training on new marketing materials; developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders; managing external relationships with agencies and freelancers; managing and delivering positive outcomes for a portfolio of projects; and continuously building and reinforcing the Design Collective brand.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
•    BA/BS Degree
•    3+ years' experience in Marketing or a related field
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
•    Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays
 
Preferred
•    Degree in Marketing or related field 
•    3 to 6 years' experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by executive leaders
•    3+ years' experience or demonstrated knowledge in Lead Generation, Public Relations, Product Development, E-Business, Sales and Operations Support, Leading Cross Functional Teams
