I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. Here are the functionalities needed. It is a construction/property management company. Quotes for both the integrated apps or doing this from scratch would be greatly appreciated.

Appfolio is a property management software that offers alot of client to landlord functionality
- Rent Payments with option to auto-pay
- Links to Quickbooks
- Maintenance Requests
- Offers client portals for each tenant
- Post new listings/units to website
[login to view URL] (front user-facing website) - Website example that captures updates based on what we enter in back-end appfolio
Appfolio partners also build us a website as part of package. Do you need to meet with them to ensure you all can piggy-back off each other? Or do you offer 100% of appfolio type functions?
