Must be able to provide “hands on” patient care and written documentation of same as directed by the charge nurse at the respective facility.
Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:
· Schedule: 12hr shifts available
· Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
· Records all pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by facility
· Other duties as requested by supervisor
