Recruiting Coordinator

Addison Group’s client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Arlington VA! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting/recruiting coordinating/scheduling experience and great communication skills. This contract position is currently remote.
Job Description:
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on company goals and needs
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Write and post job descriptions
Schedule and coordinate interviews for the recruiting team
Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
Qualifications:
1-2 years of recruiting/recruiting coordinating/scheduling experience
Proficient in ATS/CRM
Greenhouse experience preferred
Great attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter
