My wordpress custom website will need to be able to do all of the following. Please make sure you read it in it’s entirety and only bid if you are able to build all of the features requested below by the deadline of April 30, 2020. Your bid must include all necessary plugins, themes, etc. If I dont request anything different than what I have requested, I will not accept any higher bids when I contact you about my request.
1. We will need to have 3 different capabilities in addition to our entire website admins/editors: Event Planner, Guest of Honor and attendees.
2. I would need them to go thru a checklist which would basically be their shopping cart. Each item they select will need to automatically be setup when they checkout, similar to digital media but it would be within their online party.
3. Need something that allows customizable uploaded templates and/or something they upload for invitations, thank you cards, congratulations cards with the option of a gift of money or something from an amazon wishlist, etc. These will need to be able to be emailed.
4. I need the guest(s) of honor to be able to create a wishlist that is accessible through my website which needs to be linked to my amazon affiliate account.
5. I need something that allows the event planner to setup an access code for the event, which is the only way to access it.
6. I need some sort of plugin that allows you to live stream to the attendees.
7. I need something that you can set a schedule with available times that the guests can pick from. Would like it to be able to email a reminder of the time picked at set intervals, with a final email going out minutes before the selected time that includes a link for a video chat.
8. I need some sort of video chat plugin so the host and guests do not have to go elsewhere for the chat.
9. I need some sort of feed that everyone that has access to the event can view, that any of the capacities can upload video and pics to as well as comment, however, must be approved by event planner or guest(s) of honor.
10. I will need all 3 different capacities to have a different form to complete when signing up.
11. I will need something that will allow the guest of honor to email thank you notes, or order them to be mailed, that allows her to upload her own or customize a template that has been uploaded.
12. I need everyone that signs up to basically have their info entered into a guest book for the event.
13. Need to be able to manually upload email address and also have a bulk upload from an excel document, this would be for inviting and corresponding with attendees.
14. I will also need a way to be able to export the feed with all images, videos and comments.
15. I will need a way to pull customized reports as to who was sent thank yours as well as who sent what dollar amounts or an amazon gift from the wish list that was attached to my amazon affiliate account.
16. I will need to be able to setup different party themes/templates such as graduation, wedding, baby, etc. that they are able to choose for their party.
17. I would need a clone button that either the event planner or guest of honor can do to copy all/clone of the setup for a similar party which would bring them to the cart to pay as well as let them select what they want copied such as them, videos, pics, etc. So if they have one kid graduating this year and one next year, the 2nd years kid would be easier to setup. To be considered for this task, please include the following words to open your proposal with “I have fully read your request, I can complete your request by April 30, my bid is binding and have included all necessary plugins, templates, etc in my bid.”
