This includes the communication of requirements, development, progress, new ideas, errors found, etc. In Glidewell's Summer 2023 Internship Program, you will:Partner with a mentor who will provide guidance and real world education every step of the wayGain hands on experience with project(s) that are extremely valuable to the companyBe challenged by unconventional thinkingCollaborate with individuals and teams to accomplish department milestonesAnd most importantly, have fun! What You're Going to Do:Coordinates moves and large scale system changes and/or rollouts throughout campus building locations. Retrieves and repurposes all unutilized assets from production from employee terminations. Proactively completes and maintains inventory of all assets and hardware per location. Responds to Tier 1 support tickets for applications and/or hardware issues. Connects to computer desktops for remote support utilizing remote software including but not limited to SCCM Remote Control Viewer, RDP and Team Viewer.Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks Responds to service issues and requests in a timely manner.Provides technical support across the company via in-person, email, chat, or phone.Sets up hardware for new users.Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary.Participates in the testing of new technology.Serves as point of contact and mentor for lower level team members.Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.You should have the following:Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.Previous experience with desktop or desk side support is a plus.Previous experience with enterprise applications is a plus. In addition to gaining valuable real world experience, you'll be working with a collection of innovative techies who love to code and talk technology all day long!
