We have rough sketch of floor plan, requires review/suggestions for better use of the space & final floor plan; M/E not needed initially. 3D interior & exterior renderings are required for appraisal & prevention of change orders during construction...what is it they say, measure twice, cut once? The 3D renderings are my measure twice!
