What you will be doing:
Provide centralized coordination of marketing and brand development across all properties
Leverage internal resources and outside consultants / vendors to expand the marketing capabilities as required
Project manage the development and updating of websites, marketing collateral, digital marketing campaigns, etc.
Develop and implement strategies for growth acquisition and distribution of content across multiple channels, including paid search / social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), display, mobile, email marketing, and SEO in pursuit of overall audience growth.
What you must have:
5-7 years experience in marketing and brand development
Strong preference for marketing experience in the multifamily property management industry
Experience leading and building the marketing department for a fast-growing company
Long-term focused individual who desires to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize property management through technology
Demonstrated methods to self-develop capabilities using industry trends and tools
Proven track record of delivering quality products to multiple clients simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university required.
Experience with Adobe Suite (photoshop indesign)
Google Ad words certification
