Hello, we are COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS
we are a family-run caregiving agency that is growing and changing daily.
We are looking for a Home Care Aide to represent our company in the Powell Ohio, area. $250 Sign- ON, available after successfully completing 90 days with our company.
You must come into our Dublin, OH office for an in-person interview and onboarding.
Seeking very compassionate individuals for personal care assistance shifts. This will be an In-home case so you must be available for various shifts. Must be willing to work every other weekend.
Job Duties Could Include: conversation, engaging with the client, meal preparation, medication assistance, light housework, exercise, and sometimes get the patient out for a walk. You must be able to lift 200 pounds and get the client from the bed to the chair. Must have transfer experience.
DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST,
a retired school teacher is a plus.
We encourage skills and certifications... It is not a must for every client. experience is also great!
Must have a kind and loving demeanor that shows you care for people, but most importantly you must be compassionate.

COVID-19 considerations:
We are screening all our caregivers weekly if in a facility, and all our in-home aides bi-weekly. Our in-office staff is screened regularly.
