Adjunct Instructor of Real Estate Law
The candidate will teach graduate level real estate law course with content focused on land use law; contracts; purchase and sale agreements; environmental law; and lease agreements for commercial real estate assets. Will include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading. Each instructor is expected to provide students with a syllabus outlining the course goals, schedule and all requirements for the course under the direction of the Department Chair. Should have a JD Degree and have significant professional experience practicing real estate law. Preference to prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
