Responsibilities: Communicate in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner with clients, vendors and other employees on the telephone and in personal interactions. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with owner banks, non-owner banks, attorneys, mortgage lenders, builders and realtors by providing information, and answering questions. Maintain files, enter orders accurately and timely, order property, tax and municipal searches. Understand and comply with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s settlement and accounting guidelines for all transactions. Coordinate all aspects of the closing function and attend closings. Prepare and edit settlement statements, as needed. Ensure timely processing of deposits/checks/disbursements for closings. Perform all post-closing functions. Coordinate document recording, either by mail delivery or electronic mean Verify checks payable to Clerk’s Office are correct. Deposit funds and cut checks where needed for recording.
