Senior Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will be drafting pleadings and discovery, managing the firm calendar, managing and reviewing client documents, gathering medical records and other documents, working directly with clients and co-counsel, and performing high level paralegal duties. Must have Bachelors Degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Litigation experienced, particularly with employment and/or personal injury law, is strongly preferred. Spanish-speaking with written and oral skills in an intermediate/expert level is a plus. Must have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and PDF skills, ability to master law practice management software (Smokeball and GSuite) and e-filing (Pacer, CM/ECF, NM Odyssey), great phone skills, strong communication skills, empathy, strong customer service commitment, solid organizational skills.
