The intern will be responsible for: legal research, observing court proceedings, interviewing witnesses, settlement negotiations, pre-trial discovery, appellate advocacy, correspondence, and drafting documents. 1Ls and 2Ls are considered. The program accepts 20-30 part and full-time law students each summer. The program runs from late May through the last week of August. A minimum of six weeks is required.
