Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for a contract-to-hire position with our client located in San Antonio, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience.
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices
Research discrepancies
Reconcile statements
Process vendor invoices for payment
Reconcile vendor statements and aid in resolving invoice discrepancies
Process expense reports and procurement card statements
Assist field professionals with coding on purchase orders and invoices
Review/follow up on stale dated purchase orders and receipts
Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years working in Accounts Payable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
