Contracts Administrator
Duties: Collects all of aircraft/engine lease, MRO and Services contracts and amendments from in-house Legal group. Expedites from various groups who require information about contract terms, leasing and supplemental rates or other data quality initiatives. Helps resolve data discrepancy issues by interacting with Legal, Technical and Records, and Finance. Enters executed agreements and amendments into internal contracts information systems. Assists Cash Management Manager with contacting various internal groups related to non-compliance issues. Updates checklist of required documentation for each contract. Completes preliminary review of documentation and follows up with Legal as necessary to ensure complete file record. Manages lease background information database and documentation. Ensures that Legal Department receives all executed contract documents. Coordinates with Import/Export Compliance Manager on new customer KYC applications and notes any potential contract violations.
