The candidate will be to support the Chief Privacy and Data Integrity Officer, especially in the areas of online privacy, data security, compliance training, and investigations. Should have JD Degree. Certification in Healthcare Compliance, information privacy and security is desirable. Must have 5+ years of experience in legal and/or compliance in the healthcare field. In-depth knowledge related to HIPAA/HITECH. Should have knowledge of information privacy and data security as well as human subject research. Prior work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting is essential. Should have experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and drafting privacy and data security related contracts. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
