Vice President, Business Development & Operations
Duties: Analyze & prospect new opportunities to achieve overall goals of business (revenue, audience, efficiency). Identify emerging technologies and potential partners and structure deals with partners to drive value for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Digital. Lead external partnership management and internal communication with Legal, Finance, Distribution Sales, Corp Dev, Sales, Product. Liaise with Business Affairs and Legal Teams to structure and create commercial deals with external partners and vendors. Manage commercial elements of vendor relationships related to business operations and product support. Direct cross-functional teams and facilitate efforts to build new business strategies, rationalize processes, and identify, qualify and present strategic business issues to top management. Assist in developing and streamlining business operations processes across multiple disciplines. Work with Finance on budget management, forecasting, and business planning, including quantitative models to support business development and value creation efforts.
