is a non-denominational evangelical Christian church that has been in the valley for over 30 years. Our vision is to worship our God, equip our church, reach Las Vegas, and impact the world for Christ. We are located on W. Oquendo Road in Las Vegas and serve around 2500 in our congregation each week with services on Sunday at 9 &, 11 am, plus a midweek study Thursday at 6:30 pm. We have active ministries for youth, men, women, as well as small groups such as 55+, Veterans, Widows, Freedom from Addiction, and Foster Parent Support. We support and have a heart for missions and church plants.

Job Summary
The High School Youth Ministry Leader is the overseer and director of the High School Youth Ministry at CCLV. It is his/her responsibility to oversee the spiritual formation of the high school students who are involved in the ministry. The High School Youth Minister will lead and run the weekly Wednesday gathering, special events, media, and any other activities related to the spiritual lives of the high school youth in our church/school. The High School Youth Minister will strive to help all students in their journey with God; as well as support them in developing their love for Him and for others.
Job Qualifications Experience:
Two years in student ministries
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Christian Religion
preferred
Major Areas of Responsibility
Oversee, develop, and coordinate all aspects of CCLV High School Youth Ministry
Display a Christ-like approach and lifestyle; praying regularly for young people in the church and community
Be enthusiastically involved in other church-related ministries; discover ways to incorporate youth such ministries.
Interconnecting with students during Sunday services
Developing positive relationships with students and their parents
Growing students who are interested in the knowledge of God and His Word
Offer support and direction to students in line with their faith
Provide Biblical Guidance when requested
Organize after-school activities and weekend trips to promote strong relationships with peers and with the church
Attend and participate in staff meetings
Cultivate and maintain a strong presence on media platforms
Designing, directing, and creating curriculum for spiritual form
Create and produce teaching series for the High School Youth Ministry
