To qualify, candidates must have recent dealership experience, assisting customers with their warranty, maintenance and repair needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to meet and exceed customer's expectations. Stable work history, record of top performance in categories of CSI, fixed right first time, hours/RO and menu item penetration needed to be considered for interviewing. Proficiency with ADP, Extended Service Contract administration and on-target estimate quoting, equate to success in this environment.
