As an Import Compliance Regulatory Specialist,nyou will be responsible for:Coordination and preparation of import documentation withnUS Customs brokers on all US imports for Siemens Healthineers Divisions. Ensure timelynand accurate response to Broker Requests for Information and follow-up tonensure resolution.Monitor EDI import transactions from Siemens Overseasnbusiness into the Siemens Import Management tool to our Customs brokers.Responsiblenfor maintenance and enforcement of Siemens Healthineers Customs BrokernManagement program in accordance with Siemens Healthineers Internal ControlnProgram and our Broker Standard Operating Procedure. Tasks included but are notnlimited to the following: nn Tonbe the Point of Contact to all Siemens Healthineers Broker Management relatednmatters. Maintain Broker Management Sharepoint site.As directed by Supervisor/Manager, implement appropriate corrective actions in response to any findings with  Siemens Healthineers Customs Compliance Officer assessment. This position may suit you best if you are familiarnwith what is below, and would like to do develop your career withnHealthineersnnKnowledge on Participating Government Agencies such asnFDA, USDA, Fish and Wildlife, EPA In addition to 19 CFR, US HTS and other U.S.nImport transaction requirements.Proficient in utilizing excel to analyze data andnstreamline processes.Project skills; including analytics, implementationnstrategies, metric measurement and continuous monitoring expectations andndeliverables. Develop, implement and enforces guidelines, solutions andnplans in order to optimize processes in his/her area of responsibility.Strong written and verbal communication / interpersonalnskills / Presentation skills.Requirednskills to have for the success of this roleBS Degree or equivalent of education andnexperience in related field will be considered.Minimum of 5-8 years of Customs Regulation experience.Licensed Customs House Broker is a plus. Hands-on Experience with ERPs and Import management software, preferablynSAP. nnAt Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energynand passion to a greater cause.
