Mandatory Requirements:
At Least 1 Year Experience (Preferably Home Care/Memory Care)
Driver's License
Reliable Mode of Transportation
Updated CPR/BLS Card/Certificate
Car Insurance
Fingerprinted
SS Card
Optional Certifications
(can contribute to higher pay)
CNA Training/License
HHA Training/Certification
Medical Assistant Training/Certification
TB Test (taken 2020/2021)
