Eagle Eye Electric, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (BSNC) is seeking a site superintendent to oversee an environmental remediation project in Unalakleet, Alaska. This is a seasonal part time/temporary position located in Unalakleet, Alaska.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager to manage field personnel to complete tasks on time and within budget.
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a field crew consisting of four or more personnel.
Conduct performance quality reviews of subcontractor work.
Take corrective actions in maintaining or advancing project milestones.
Evaluate project performance status by comparing completed work elements to project expenses and schedule.
Provide clear and concise daily/weekly status reports to the Project and Program Manager.
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE
Required (Minimum) Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Undergraduate degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience on environmental remediation projects in Alaska
Experience working for Federal and State clients
40-hour HAZWOPER; current 8-hour refresher
Valid Driver’s License
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Safety awareness; ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and demonstrate safe operation and knowledge of the equipment around ground personnel.
Adaptability; ability to adapt to changes in the workplace.
Ability to follow direction and able to work effectively with field teams.

Exposure to dust, gas or fumes, noise, and extremes in temperature.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, and the software required to perform this type of work.
This seasonal position is on field assignment in Unalakleet.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a condition of employment, required to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain access to military installations, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
