Compliance Manager

Duties: Act as Advisor to the Director of the Research Laboratory by providing advice and guidance to ensure operations are maintained within University policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulatory and statutory standards. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program, and conduct investigations of possible compliance violations in consultation with the Office of Ethics and Compliance; disseminate and interpret applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures; develop and implement education and training programs, assist in conducting and monitoring quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with federal and University regulations; coordinate compliance matters with Office of General Counsel, Risk Management Office, and the Office of Ethics and Compliance; and oversee government audit liaison roles and internal audit function.
