This position will be focused on supporting various Identity Access Governance programs such as: Access Review, Role Based Access, Unstructured Data Remediation, QA processes for IAM MSSP.
Develop and support the processes to standardize user access based on roles for identified systems across CHI.
Develop and support the access certification process for identified systems across CHI.
Participate in IT risk and issue remediation to identify appropriate ownership of issues, appropriate action plans, and appropriate target dates.
Support Security Awareness of ITS Security Policies and Standards.
Provide Security Governance to business partner relationships to ensure contractual obligations and Security Standards are adhered to.
Provide Identity Access Governance to ensure system access is provisioned appropriately.
 
Responsibilities

Provide awareness to identified application teams regarding ITS Security Policies and Standards in regards to user access based on defined roles and access reviews.
Support management in the development of standardized procedures for role based provisioning and access reviews.
Work closely with OneCare and other high profile application teams to support the standardization of user roles based on risk and job function.
Work closely with OneCare and other high profile application teams to support the implementation of access reviews for identified systems across CHI.
Participate in the remediation efforts of identified IT risks and issues to ensure process owners are identified, action plans are documented and target dates are provided to ensure timely remediation.
Participate in the consultative process and advise personnel in IT departments to coordinate Information Security activities.
Support Regional Information Security Officers and senior IT Security Compliance Analysts in Information Security activities as needed.
Update skills as necessary to support CHI Information Security and remain knowledgeable of industry standards and advancements.
Identify process improvements for Identity Access Management Operations to ensure access is provisioned and de-provisioned in accordance with Security Standards and contractual SLAs.','!*!Skills, Requirements, Certifications

Bachelor of Science degree in business, computer science, or accounting required. 
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in audit and compliance including 3 years in information technology shared services, including maintenance and use of security products in a distributed enterprise environment, and experience in compliance with federal security regulations.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare or compliance consulting.
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), preferable. 
Require in-depth understanding of Information Security practices for the network, servers, databases, applications, and advanced use of Information Security assessment techniques.
May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Interactions, hand-offs

Collaborate with all Information Security and Privacy Leaders in implementing consistent security safeguards and controls throughout the organization
Facilitate and review control and compliance initiatives, such as self-assessments, third party reviews and due diligence initiatives.
Build relationships with corporate wide process improvement experts to leverage use of the technology organization wide capabilities.
