Research Needed, Info will help those in need
Looking to have someone compile list of 50-75 of the most recently built or still in construction luxury apartment/loft/townhouse complexes in the greater Los Angeles area, then also call and/or email them to see if they have a low income program or low income units and if so, how to go about applying for them.
Also looking to get some research on if there’s a possible government or other type of program or service that places people in these low income units inside these luxury buildings.
Some of the rental agents they speak to may not even know that these buildings have low income units. In those cases, it might take calling the actual management company direct. Which may make their job somewhat easier as there are management companies that run multiple locations they’ll find so they may only need to call one to get the answer for many.
