Contracts Specialist
The candidate supports the Contracts and Legal teams through basic and complex contract database management, basic reporting and special projects. Enters contract information into the contracts management database; processes, files and maintains contracts and other legal agreements in the contracts management database; runs reports on requested contract metrics; monitors basic data cleanliness in contracts databases; and serves as the initial point of contact in the Contracts department. Data entry of contract information into contracts management database. Retrieve and organize data from database. Run basic to complex reports from the contracts management database. Maintain clean data in database. File and maintain contracts and other legal agreements. Process contract terminations. Serve as initial point of contact for Contracts department inquiries. Interface with internal teams and departments via telephone, email and in person. Should have High School Diploma. Must have 2 years prior office/clerical work experience; experience in law office or legal department preferred; familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred. Must have strong communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products are required. Should have knowledge of Salesforce.com and Netsuite. Must have knowledge of database management. Effective interpersonal skills are required
