Manager Supply Strategy - Tommy Hilfiger

Profile

Provides strategic planning and operational support, evaluates new opportunities, drives synergies and streamlines processes to raise efficiency within TH Supply. Liaises with Corporate Supply Team and TH Business Strategy Team to share out information and learnings as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current state of TH Supply, identify risks and opportunities, and develop go-forward action strategies and work plans
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, executives and subject matter experts
• Contribute to the development of TH Supply strategies and goals and make recommendations through accurate data gathering, analysis and modelling
• Work with the Director of Supply Strategy to identify potential process improvements and solutions to complex problems
• Communicate complex quantitative and qualitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior executives in a timely manner
• Analysis of sourcing, vendor, costing, merchandising, raw materials & import data
• Development of program metrics & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Industry and competitive benchmarking on sourcing & supply chain best practices
• Development of key supply documents and presentations as part of strategy or budget process
• Support implementation of key sourcing strategies and initiatives, including vendor frameworks and speed to market strategies
• Support implementation of cross-functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enable the success of key business & sourcing initiatives

Qualifications:

• College degree; degree in related field, a plus
• Advanced knowledge of analysis using Excel
• Ability to craft narratives and documents using Power Point and Word
• Project Management skills (basic)
• Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence and elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
• Meeting facilitation

• Comfortable with all levels and cultures/relationship builder, needs to be able to navigate within the organization
• Uses creativity in communication to clearly articulate written and visual messages; includes creative usage of Power Point to convey messages
