Duties: Preparation of original correspondence involving critical thinking and writing skills; Drafting work product with minimal instructions; Handling complex projects; Familiarity with transportation- industry regulations (not a prerequisite but beneficial); Experience required with respect to forming corporations and limited liability companies; Experience with foreign admission filings; Completion of daily billing records in an accurate and timely manner; Substantial telephone contact with clients and various federal and state agencies; Taking the initiative to contribute new ideas and to maintain a working knowledge of relevant practice areas and clients; Ability to plan daily work, set priorities, and manage time to ensure work is timely and efficiently completed; and Performing other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
